Obedience

Yesterday I mentioned that the only thing we have to do is to be obedient and have faith,  this was again confirmed this morning, when I received my Daily Devotional (Potato Faith - Angus Buchan: The Spirit Leads us to Obedience) from my loving husband Justin.

It's from Romans 5:1-11, with the message referring to Romans 5:5 "God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us -"

The message from Angus speaks about Saul of Tarsus, on his way to Damascus to persecute Christians.  The Lord appeared as a light shining down from heaven, and He asked Saul why he (Saul) is persecuting Jesus.  Saul was blind for 3 days afterwards, but through the disciple Ananias, Jesus revealed to Saul that he had been chosen to be an instrument in God's plan. 'He would suffer much for Jesus'.

Are you hearing God's calling?  Are you ignoring the Spirit's voice.  Do not be disobedient, hear and listen, and obey His voice.
